Originally from France, Mr. Julien Baleste will share insights into French culture and cuisine. Mr. Yamamoto from “Shiratsuyu,” the Japanese and French restaurant at the ANA InterContinental Appi Kogen Resort, will also teach us how to make a croque-monsieur, a classic French hot sandwich.
