User's Guide for for Iwate Multi-language Call Center Registration
Iwate Department Of Commerce,Labor And Tourism, Tourism Board,Regional Tourism Representative
The "Multi-language Call Center Service" aids in the communication between prefectural tourism related organizations and foreign tourists. The supported languages are English, Mandarin and Korean, and the call center will open for 24 hours, providing translation services through phone and email.
Users have to register before using this service. Please read the brochure and complete the registration form.
【Call Center Overview】

|1st April 2016（Fri）to 31st March 2017（Fri）No rest days, 24/7|
|（1）Customers can directly go to a store, where the staff will arrange a call between the customer and the translator at the call center.|
（2）Enquiries from foreign customers through phone will be transferred and linked to a call center translator.
（3）Enquiries from foreign customers through mail will be forwarded to the call center to be translated.
