We are recruiting participants for the “23rd Japanese Speech Contest for Foreigners<” held on Wednesday, October 16th, 2013.

23rd Japanese Speech Contest for Foreigners
Time : Wednesday, October 16th, 2013 starting at 18:00
Place : Plaza Odette, 3rd floor, Odette Hall
【How to Participate】

1.Who can participate : 

People from foreign countries who live in Iwate (exchange students, trainee students, etcetera).
Must not have already won this speech contest in the past.

Please choose from the following themes and present on that theme.
※Things you felt after coming to Japan: women`s equality、environmental issues、educational issues、other.
※Presentations using computers cannot be entered in the competition.
3.Time : Within five minutes per person.
4.How to apply : Fill out the necessary application form and send it via mail or fax.
5.Application deadline : Applications must be received by September 13th, 2013
6.Prize : Winner receives a certificate and souvenir. Also, all participants receive a prize.
7.After-party : 

After the contest, we will hold an after-party.
Participants can feel free to invite their friends.
